Cricket Australia chief executive resigns



James Sutherland resigns from Cricket Australia's chief executive But he is not stepping away. He has given Cricket Australia (CA) 12 months to find out his eligibility a successor.

Two months ago, Australian bowler Cameron Bancroft struck South Africa against ball-faced cricket-world Australian captain Steve Smith led the side. Cricket Australia, along with captain Smith, has given a one-year ban to vice-captain David Warner and 9 months for the bancroft. Darren Lehmann had to step down from the post of coach.
Still the storm stopped? It does not seem to be at least announced by James Sutherland's resignation from Cricket Australia's chief executive. Today he has announced his resignation. But it's not going to stop now. He has given CA 12 months to find out his eligible successor.
Saddreland's relationship with Cricket Australia is about 20 years old. And the chief executive is 17 years old. It is understandable how important his role is to the rise of Australian cricket. Sutherland said, "I am with Cricket Australia for nearly 20 years. I think, now is my time to move away. It is also good for the game. '
Sutherland also blamed that there was no impact of the ball distortion behind this resignation, 'It was certainly big for that time. But when you will be in a big position as the chief executive of a large organization, the issues will come from time to time.
